That worthless news should help drive PHOT back down to the 50ma. They should have pumped some more air into that puff piece. lol The whole sector is in correction mode. Just let it happen then put out some news when the dust settles. Question Is that the best news PHOT has? The problem I have with PHOT is they are somewhat limited in who their customers are. Correct me if I'm wrong but they mainly sell to mom and pop home growers.

With MJ NA hemorrhaging from the Alpha articles no clear leader is emerging. There is a company involved in MMJ Compliance that bid on the WA state contract just last week. Who ever gets that contract will direct WA in setting up legalized MMJ/MJ laws and guidelines on everything from seed to sale. The company has 3 years experience working in CO with state officials, EED, growers, producers, dispensaries. The pot industry has the strictest laws concerning surveillance of any industry in the world. This is the real Pick and Shovel play of the pot industry. Help the legislators write the strict laws, work with the Enforcement divisions. Go on site with the growers, producers, and dispensaries inspecting their operations. From that engineer a surveillance system that fits all the requirements of the laws that your team of consultants helped to legislate and will comply with the enforcement division that you provide feedback and information to as who complies and what needs to change.
The company works along side a group of outside consultants that specialize in all aspects mentioned above. All the consultants are shareholders in the company. The float is very small because of this and other investors. The company maintains its focus on the core business while consultants pursue opportunities that result in increased sales, contracts, joint ventures. The contract Bid in WA was the direct result of the team of consultants. They are a part of a huge network of experts in many fields they can draw on at anytime to get a mission completed. The consultant team is the creation of some former military pilots. They have connections in many different industries and go at everything full throttle the same way they flew their F-15's, RC-135's, SR-71's and A-10's

This is the exact opposite of how all the rest of the penny stock dilution companies work. Instead of constantly taking value out of the company and the stock thru dilution this company is putting it in.
From where I sit and watch all the pot plays I think it could become an real solid play if not an emerging leader.

PHOT is going to be a real contender but they need to stay out of the dilution jar.
