Panamerican Minerals Ventures SA de CV (PAMVMEX) was incorporated in the year of 2008, formed as an operating company under contract and held in trust for Cotton Western Mining Inc. to comply with Mexican mining law and to better reflect the developments in Mexico. PAMVMEX lead by Sharon Vazquez is a fully registered Mining Corporation in Mexico, is the first Mining Company to be aprproved of an Exporting Permit for Minerals from the Secretary of Economy in March of 2011.
HISTORY
Mexico, a country with a mining history which straddles almost 500 years, still weighs amongst the world’s largest metal producers. It represents a major mineral exploration ground for many more years to come. PAMVMEX focused on mineral resources explorations, has explored more than 30 Iron ore deposits in various cities and states of Mexico since 2005. The Company has advanced from explorations to mining in 2010. PAMVMEX the first mining company to export a bulk cargo vessel of iron ore out of Ensenada International Terminal in April of 2011 has achieved a strong presence and stability in the mining sector of Mexico.
