They are not pushing it in that way... They are a pennystock news letter with their own board. Such as PSG (penny stock geeks - paid)

They release news letters to their members (Stating their loading ranges) I am sure like any other news letter they load mildly before they release and then they load big on day of release, as there has to be some form of profit from them forming a news letter group.

A lot of people on this board have already been here before they released so buckle up :)
