LOL yeah....so ....that's how 97% of the OTC operates..
C'om there's 10-25 promos in the public eye a week who knows how many more...it brings in too much money to shut down the OTC/pinks not to mention the NASDAQ which has it's own crap going on...good luck covering ur short position next week...bringing on a halt only hurts the small guys trading....and it won't happen lol
