Exactly. The management could, and has, literally done nothing and still profit handsomely. They want you to think that bc they are share holders they are incentivized to raise the stock price. Wrong. They collect monster six figure salaries for literally doing nothing but screw shareholders, and stand behind the wall of " we want the stock price to go up too!! We are shareholders!!!" Ha, they couldn't care less. People think they really care about paying off the convertible debt, but they could pay a huge chunk off by forgoing the six figure salary until oil production, but alas they don't. I wonder why? Maybe it's because they know no oil will ever pump from VM
