Huh?

call OTC markets?

why?

and the issuance of preferred shares by a company is required to be included in the company balance sheet when they are outstanding, not according to me as you claim, but according to GAAP and any basic accounting rule that has ever existed since corporate balance sheets first appeared.

What I said was that the preferred shares were not inluded in the financials statements of the company, mainly the balance sheet, as required when preferred shares are issued and outstanding.

Then you have a slam dunk case, right?

Call OTC ASAP and let them know MDBX didn't included the preferred shares on the balance sheet.......AS REQUIRED, according to you, and maybe they will be downgraded and/or the SEC will shut them down PRONTO.

FYI.......

Companies that follow the Alternative Reporting Standard or the International Reporting Standard by making filings publicly available through the OTC Disclosure & News Service pursuant to OTC Pink Basic Disclosure Guidelines are designated as OTC Pink Current Information®.
