Well since the share count hasn't increased by even 1 share since November, I'd say it's pretty safe to assume no shares have been issued for services -- or anything else -- since November.

Oh boy I hope you realize how wrong that information is based on the latest preferred offering. Specifically fully diluted shares are up by about 16.1M since November with the latest preferred offering just so you know. Perhaps you need a link for a more complete explanation? I just hope that you realize the preferred structure is the only reason these discounted shares do not show up in the common stats posted??? Do you remember the discounted preferred offering with liquidation preference?

Regardless, make no mistake it is another dilution time bomb baked into the timeline.
