there is no "we'll see this" and "we'll see that"

current PELE stocholders have gone from 100% of PELE to 20% of PELE after the Blech common share issuances and will be at 1% of PELE after SMDI converts its preferred to 95% of PELE (leaving Blech with 4% of PELE).

in summary, after the SMDI conversion of PELE preferred, no matter what this and what that, the following will be the ownership:

1%....Current PELE stockholders other than Blech
4%....Blech
95%...SMDI
100%


and if Blech continues to receive PELE shares month after month, then current PELE stockholders will own less and less of the 1% of PELE shown above after the SMDI preferred conversion.
