I really didnt think about that possibility SMTT until now but interesting point of view. I would think if we are successful in winning this particular case that we can get to $1.50 plus. I do know that we would need Im guessing 5m in cash and maintain $1 for a period of 30 days. So yes I do believe that can eventually happen which might be this years!!! With what has happened with VHC currently $35 a share from $4 in 2010 and VRNG which 4 years ago approx was .35 cents anything is possible especially beating a giant like activision!
