It might be if you were such a loser that the buyers just wanted to strip you of you porprietary patents and factory equipment.

But CPST has much more value alive. With CPST's niche and nearness to profitability, someone like GE, who may have big plans for CPST, might figure it is an oportunity to get it cheap now rather than at a much higher price later.

{1.50 x 300 Million shares = $450 Million dollars!!..a bit pricey at this time}

Defintely a bit pricey at this time!
