I believe he was talking about possibilities, in the hopes that some of those sitting on a low ask would spread out and move some up. I won't add to the bid support with the kind of blocks we now have at .011 and .012. How many others are also holding back? They don't want their money tied up that long.

If those asks were spread out more in line with the size of the bids and gradually increased and moved upwards, more new buyers would come in.
