Looks to me that the boys at Tmmi sent a message to Panik that we have our warchest and they are ready to fle an action against the patent that was filed??? This action if carried forward should certainly put an arrow in the heart of all shorts??? It is a mystery to me how the shorts cannot see the forest for the trees??
