My wife worked for the DOD for over 23yrs in various administrative positions. She is VERY knowledgeable about the process and the way contrac awards work. Quickly, PSID NO DOUBT has the upper hand IF they can do what they say they can do. Small businesses always gets the nod. Now that we have aligned OURSELVES with a BIG PLAYER it looks like PSID is standing alone at the top!!
Next thing she is TOTALLY surprised the PSID has let out as much info as they have! She said, which i tend to believe is that PSID needs to "SHUT-UP"!! THIS IS A TECHNOLOGY THAT will be chosen to PROTECT OUR HOMELAND as well as other countries from Bioterrorism attacks!! We see that our President has NOT mentioned a word about Mband since he wrote his opinion on why he supports it.
She also said that she's surprised that the DHS has NOT put a black line on those competing for this award! So in closing i beleive NOC has been hush hush about what they can do, or if they are going to compete or not.
Pennystock investors have NO IDEAL of how business should be conducted, especially when a company the size of PSID are vying for the contract of a lifetime!! I know for a FACT that investors and bashers alike have been sending ALL kinds of INQUIRIES to the DHS as well as Boeing on a CONTINUAL basis regarding PSID's Tech!! Do you think the investors at NOC are bothering the DHS with STUPID SENSELESS jibberish? I think NOT!!!
