In the webcast yesterday Rick Shea states MNTA expects the appeals trial to start in the 2nd Q with ruling by end of 2013. He also states that 40% of patent cases that go to appeals are overturned. Can anyone confirm that #? Apologies for so much posting today. Might be my record! :)
