Then my next question. If T-Master is correct and you can either surrender your shares, and walk away, or stay with ANts as private. Which is a retorical statement. There is no choice there.

Which means we may be stuck going Private. There in comes the fact that we never see anything, anyway. With that being the case. What can we do ? Force a bankruptcy ? Force them to close down ?

I dont see where the choices are. No way, does the SEC allow a company like this to just drop off, and go private walking away from their responsibility to shareholders. If that were the case, many companies would do the same.

What do you reccommend ? I already consider it lost, but am always willing to listen and look at options. But, as we all know, if we just accept a private placement. We are not getting anything, because as I said, in Riks mind, (he owes ME nothing).
