Oh my....what happened to the MDBX Convertible Preferred Stock?

It is nowhere to be found in the December 31, 2012 Balance Sheet just released by MDBX.

How can this be?

Convertible Preferred Stock that is convertible into 30 million common shares, about 3 times the current common shares outstanding and it has gone missing?

Did Vince and his buddies already convert the preferred shares into common shares or is it another case of issuing False and Misleading Financials?
