A couple of posters on SBRH and it appears one or two here that are trying to keep this alive.. This is all smoke and mirrors imo. Someone sitting at a computer, using magic jack and posting BS... The Bids are being propped up to make it look good until the R/S is approved.. A (cough cough) Company needs to be current to be approved for a R/S per the new rules.
