Elan - The large volume of shares traded in the first 2 days after the announcement of the Tysabri sale did not strike me as significant. The rising price coupled with large volume of shares traded in the last day plus has me wondering if this is simply a reflection of the share price being less than the book value or the beginnings of a run at taking out the company, as you suggested.

Of course, it's probably just wishful thinking on my part.
