I think that the biggest catalyst to our PPS will be the day we are actually trading on OTCQX. You see, it is baked into the cake already now that we all know it is going to be uplisted. We just don't know exactly when. Now usually they do the uplistings at the end of march. 3/31 to be more exact. So we will still be in the pinks without a dedicated market maker for a little while. That's where I see some downside. However I do see that the projections management is going to give us will help PPS. But it probably will not be enough to take us past .50, more than likely there will be a lot of resistance there until the day you can see OTCQX next to MJNA's name on OTCMARKETS.COM.

.75 is peanuts when we are actually a OTCQX trading company. Those companies trade $5-$100 per share all day everyday. That is dollar-land for us.
