Posting Images

To post an image, it must first be hosted (located) on the world-wide-web, most, but not all images will ‘remote link’ to iHub, although most websites do not like it and will usually kill the link as soon as they are aware of it. BTW, they can also cause legal problems for iHub.

This is why it is best to upload the image to your computer, and then upload the image to iHub's "Image Upload" page where it will remain forever; iHub does this for free! smile

You can find the Image Uploader in the top Tool Bar under "More Tools." It's the first choice in the drop down menu listed as "My Image Gallery." This page will open to the "Image Upload" page. When you go to post the image after uploading it, use the top line of (chart) code to right of the image titled "Embed"

Using The Image Tool - Place your cursor on the spot where you want to post an image, you can then click on the "Image" Tool (button or tag) to the left of text box. This will give you this: [-img][/img-] (without dashes).

One you have the img tag you can place the url of the image starting after the "http://" in between [-img]&[/img]

To Upload An Image: Right Click over the image you want and the properties box (list) will come up, Then select “Save Picture As.” Now you can save it with the name that appears in top line under your “My Pictures” box, you can rename if you wish; Just be to sure remember where (which file) you saved it in.

Now you go to “My Gallery,” hit the” Browse” Button, click on the image you just saved, hit the “Open” tab at the bottom of the Pictures Box. Now click on the “Upload” button under the line of text that appears after you have uploaded your image.

ATTN: Remember, you can just Cut & Paste the top line of the “chart” code to right of the image titled "Embed."
