Agreed - VPER's getting ready to strike. Have seen a few folks adding her and joining the mix but she's still flying under the radar. What it will take is confirmation of substantial revenues. Whether that's the official PR confirming the business case for Aequitas which shows $40M projected Gross in Electric Service this year or a follow up on the $150M Gross from an overseas deal. I wouldn't be surprised if something substantial come out within the next 9 trading days. So it's still prime scooping grounds but right now it requires patience & accumulation.
