If I were in their position, I would announce earnings which will be excellent in my opinion and do two things. 1. See how the market reacts to the commentary alone in the earnings report. 2. Release a news release of future business after the volume has died down. I'm not sure I would release all that information at the same time, at least not prior to earnings being announced.
