well everyone is entitled to their opinion, i appreciate you at least acknowledging these glaring mistakes, and you wont feel duped when something happens...

if i was retained to do this audit i would have disengaged and returned my retainer...

any CPA would tell you the auditors statements are incomplete at best... go ask your own CPA if you dont believe me, bring him the numbers and watch him keel over in amazement...
