this is obviously very public so I will not give my info away, but i did just shoot holes in both the audited and unaudited financials in a previous post, and if this guy imbimbo dares comes out with audited financials that dont drastically restate the prior three quarters i will make myself public as I file complaints with the State of CA to have his CPA license removed..

i am a CPA, not like you would believe me and I def wont put up my info so obv take it for what its worth, but the financials are there in black and white, go over everything i just said in my previous posts and i dare you to show me that i am wrong...
