the fact is that the 3rd qtr financials make absolutely no sense whatsoever, and the fourth qtr audit looks like it was done by a CPA in training...

doesn't mean they don't have a viable business going forward, but believing the 2012 full year numbers is for potheads...they simply cannot be true
