I agree and know how you feel... I want this to end as well. But I honestly believe this is a strategy by the HF's, who like nothing more than for you to give up your shares in WMIH.... Your escrow account cannot be touched... so don't worry about it...

Part of the larger deal was the new Company, which is now WMIH... and I suspect 25% is held by common investors, which was not part of the HF's plan... The HF's would like nothing more than for you tell give up and sell your shares and take complete control of the company and the NOL's... the problem is they can't... so in the mean time the HF's have allowed the PPS to essentially double in the last 2 months.... I suspect to purchase more shares. The problem for the HF's is too raise the PPS just enough for you sell without drawing too much attention and thus bringing in new buyers.... This is a tricky game, and eventually they will loose control..
