Would you please link to the many experts who have supposedly claimed this? I don't recall anything of the sort being presented on this forum. What does Val Westergard say about why there is no license?

All commercial Internet service providers are required to have an FCC license in my understanding, even if they are not wireless providers. The wireless telecoms are also required to have licenses, but the FCC does a lot more than license spectrum. One of their primary initiatives is broadband access.

People can believe whatever they choose, even if it is pure fiction.

The reason MediaG3 doesn't have a license is that it is not providing a service. The "technology" is vaporware.
