But what you are not seeing is that it will end...it's not roy diluting the stock, it's the finance companies getting their money and they will soon run out of notes to convert to shares...

see the finance companies were given "X" amount of convertible notes in lieu of cash for payment on loans. 2 of 3 of them are cashing in their notes for shares and selling them to get their money right now...when there are no more convertible notes, they can't do that anymore and that just leaves one finance company left
