For me its midnight to 2 or 3am.. Does make it hard to go to work in the morning. I've opted to just trade the 4 hr charts. I set trades up with limit orders, before I go to bed. Hopefully take profits in the morning, or the middle of the night when I wake up and check my phone. Its been working well so far this new year.
