Dilution or venture capital --- The essence of the otc market is to raise venture capital. If MJNA was increasing OS and not enhancing its business model I would call that dilution. Considering all the advancements from lets say a year ago , which has been phenomenal, I would say they are creating venture capital. How else would they be paying for all developments and acquisitions.
