Actually they filed to sell them between the 15th-17th of January and the price of MJNA then was right around .14-.15. So no you are wrong, they did not "pocket $75 mil". They could have only even possibly made a maximum of $7,050,000 dollars. And that is before taxes. Try your math again.

$0.15 * 47,000,000 shares = $7,050,000

And besides it wasn't "pocketed" or even "hidden away in england" .

They are currently using those funds for canchew's expansion throughout 2013.
