the assets of FFGO -pref.A and B or what else- are to be liquidated. then they are to be distributed as "liquidation dividend" among the shareholders.

There are NO ASSETS to liquidate. the old A & B UNREGISTERED & RESTRICTED NMGL shares FFGO/WD holds are are 100% worthless
