You did have the opportunity to purchase the .002 range today.... It seems there might be a group of people that are holding it in that area, and not selling their triple zeros. It also seems that if the company is selling shares to fund operations, they're not whacking the bid. The whacking/undercutting is pure retail profit taking. Just my worthless speculation and opinion though.
