Grizzy...I don't think this is covering.

Although MMs may be loading up cheap in anticipation of a post-R/S rally.

A reverse split is the best thing a shorter can hope for (except of course for a halt or delisting). IMO, this R/S makes a wonderful gift for shorty!

The reason is -- to short a stock under $1, you need 50 cents PER SHARE in your margin account. So the reverse split will actually reduce the required margin -- and free up major bucks that shorty can use for his other nefarious activities.

Example -- Today I am short 10,000,000 shares of IGTN
Margin requirement: $5 million (money that is "locked up")

Post R/S, I now am short 250,000 shares of IGTN
Margin requirement drops to $125,000.
