You need a company with a fairly large market cap for that. I don't think IGTN is anywhere near that size. The New York attny's I spoke with mentioned that a company above $75M in market value is a good candidate for a class action suit.
Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
