UPDATES...UPDATES...We share your concerns. The new shares will be released next week. We
have not issued any press releases because though shares cannot be
transferred during the "D" period, sales can happen. But not all
brokers will allow sales. Since press releases sometimes stimulate the
market, shareholders whose brokers will not let them sell would be at a
disadvantage to those whose brokers let them sell. In fairness, we
thought it best to wait until next week before issuing updates. We may
issue a general update early next week, and start issuing substantive
updates late next week or early the following week.
