K23: If MediaG3 was actually providing a commercial WiFi Internet service in anywhere in Boise, there would be a lot of verifiable evidence including an FCC license. There would also be people answering the telephones to process orders, provide customer service and technical support. In short, it would not be a secret.
Until MDGC got its corporate status restored in both Delaware and Idaho a couple of weeks ago, it could not even legally do business -- so how has it supposedly been providing service since January 2012?
The PR Val Westergard released on 2/6/2012 was a blatant lie. Soon after that PR, I spoke with him in two separate phone calls each lasting about an hour. I asked him to identify the "apartment complexes, businesses, subdivisions and public areas" where service was supposedly being provided and he admitted that there were none. He also told me that he was in over his head and needed help. He even suggested that I might be able to help him.
Val is intelligent and comes across as very sincere on the telephone. I can see how he would be able to gain the confidence of people. Unfortunately, those are traits that make a good "con" man.
MediaG3 has been issuing fraudulent press releases for three and a half years. It's time for shareholders to realize that they've been scammed.
There is not now, nor will there ever be a Boise WiFi Internet service provided by MediaG3.
