I don't think you have been watching the trading last few days. CERP broke MA50 twice at .0411 only to pull back under .04 again. Then it broke it the third time and once again pulled back to test it as support. Once it was confirmed support we took off. Plus have you seen all the accumulation last couple of days above .046? That tells you its getting stronger for the next leg up. I dont see a test of ma50 happening, but you never know. I think the gap fill at .042 was the lowest we will see before the next run. JMO. GL
