Snow--You're probably right that eps would have been higher in the first year but IMO not in the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. We are probably now enjoying the benefits on an eps basis of previous dilutions. Solomon is involved in financial engineering and that raises the risk profile of the stock, but as long as there is not a drastic change in business conditons it should work out okay.
