Look at the projections. They have all come to pass. This is more than just negative commentary? The bank just called their note due as they missed a payment. They just stated that they do not have funds to pay their bills. They will probably be out of business soon. There is an SEC case number for the fraud investigation.

Feel free to run over there and post "UMCC up 6%!!!" even though they are down 99% from the peak and down 50% since jan 1. The stock is at .08 cents. What can ya do?
