The Madison County deal is a publicity stunt. If JBI's "reactors" ever work, which is doubtful, that Madison County deal would provide enough plastic to run one "reactor" for maybe about 20 minutes. Even IF JBI got ALL the plastic ag waste in NY, it's not enough.
