Pete, CTIX already has more results and a brighter future than most smaller biopharma's . . . just look at Baker Bros. pharma holding and you will note it takes very little for someone to stake a position of million(s)of shares . . . share price doesn't matter either, CTIX certainly a potential for these hedge fund guys. It can certainly be argued whether up-listing would help or not, I believe it would in the short run to provide growth/stability etc. and to raise the buyout price. I agree "stellar trial results" and CTIX would go to the moon, but that would be abnormal (possible, but not the way it usually happens.)
I know there is always "funny business" in the market to effect price . . . but you or I could have accumulated a million shares over the past week without effecting share price . . . big boy's aren't buying all their shares in a single day (not talking "private placement"). All this is my opinion.
