-- What will it take to unlock our stock?

It would take the former CEO to turn in his shares. Once that happens the road will be clear. NO WAY will they let TS make money off of new investors which he will as he would sell 60 million plus shares into the market. New investors come in TS cashes out. That is never going to happen. We willl stay locked until he surrenders his shares period.

-- What will happen then?

I don't see it ever happening TS won't surrender anything he will have screwed shareholders twice.
