Bullwinkle, my understanding is, as you acknowledged, phase-I is complete by last weeks action in the 1253 area, nearly 30 points above the high end of the projected target made on 1/25/03 of 1197/1223. He just added 30 points to phase-I (30 points plus 1223 = 1253) and 30 points to the next leg down of phase-II from the originally projected 1080 (30 points plus 1080 = 1110). As far as where the extra point came from, well, I don't know...but when those Turnips start using fuzzy math, they tend to be strangely accurate.
