CTIX needs permission to release any information, including advancement of cohorts. –DrFeelgood.

That is the proper way for information to be released, with permission and between the parties involved. Cellceutix has been very good about keeping shareholders informed about the clinical trial and the status of the cohorts involved. Cellceutix and the hospitals and personnel involved would have appropriate agreements, policies and disclosures.

I have received a clarification from a nurse associated with the Kevetrin trial at DF that he was not aware that the person emailing him was a CTIX shareholder and was under the impression he was corresponding with a potential patient.

He specified that he never gave permission for his private emails to be posted online.

As he has no connection with Cellceutix or its management, and his privacy has been violated, there should be no further off-topic discussion of, or interpretation of his private emails, and his name should no longer be used in that connection. Those posts are not about CTIX or its management.
