I think it's the role of IR to advise its clients, not just parrot. I think that direct questions deserve direct and applicable answers, not repetitive, homogenized, narrow, replies, of a personally defensive nature.

I think you are going to be quite disappointed once a larger, more professional IR firms begins handling things.

If you can defend the Marginal return on funds from new share issuance as accretive or even beneficial, go for it.

My opinions are irrelevant, the CEO runs the Company. He has defended his actions by pointing to past performance.

Otherwise, is it looked upon favorably in your industry for a company representative to post on a public forum; most particularly when he arouses the predictable responses you've gotten here.

I do not know what my "industry" views as favorable because I do not follow the standard template.

How is this helping SIAF?

I'd imagine the same, beaten to death, continuous arguments made by a few individuals on this forum most likely do far more damage to potential investor interest than the few posts I make.

In the world of OTC stocks, online financial forums are a major source of information for investors. When potential investors come to this forum and read the discussions, I'm sure many are turned off before having made any effort to research the Company further.

If I can disrupt that, then I believe I am doing some good. At the very least, I'm providing another point of view.

In some respects, this forum has become your own worst enemy. It has breed a constant state of fear, uncertainty and doubt. It creates a herd mentality.
