I think it comes down to how much Dana Farber tells their patients -
This is an open label clinical trial and I think the patients are entitled to know if their condition is improving. If p53 is activated and leads to efficacy, I think the patients will be notified. Which means the patients, their families, friends, and doctors will probably all know.
I don't see how Dana Farber could then not release the results to Cellceutix and Cellceutix would have to PR the material info.
I could be wrong though.
