If he wants to issue a single new share on FN, he'd have to explain to all investors almost immediately the exact reason, the terms, to whom... per FN rulebook as I pointed out. That right there is a powerful disincentive against equity financing. Also he may not have any longer the WAOS math per US-GAAP on FN to make the eps look good as until now. So whatever eps they project for the year at the beginning of the year based on a certain o/s doesnt give him much leeway at all.
