Biotech Values

I would certainly appreciate it if somebody here does have an idea what Elan is worth now.
I'm still holding a few thousand shares. I sold most of it at a nickel over my cost.
I am wondering if it might be feasible for them to consider a merger with a mid sized biotech that could use the cash to develop their pipeline.
Just taking KM out of the equation and bringing in someone with credibility would probably be worth a couple of bucks.
