I don't think whales need to take undo risk so they don't enter into waters where the SP is low or results haven't come back positive to show confirmed success. As such, IMO they don't need to get in at these levels to make a lot of money as they need only decent returns to make a fortune.

Many more experienced investors on this board (bioghedge, etc) have told how the monied people wait for a sure thing to jump on board. Hedge funds, aggressive financial funds, etc. even harder to get on board as their jobs may be on the line.

I don't see any big investors til after successful K/P trials. Expect to see some action after ASCO.
